Azita Ghanizada

Azita is a native of Kabul, Afghanistan. The woman is Afghan American who lives in the United States. Her birthplace was in Kabul, Afghan. Her parents moved to the US which they received asylum. The middle sister of her mother was raised in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada's on-air career began by appearing in a variety of National Commercials. Ghanizada received a nomination for most outstanding actress in the 2004 film festival for her performance in the Laura Neri movie A Kiss on the Nose. She was the character Chiara. The TV shows she guest starred in include How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars the Wedding Bells NUMB3RS bones Psych as well as Castle. She has also appeared in independent comedies You Only Better and Blood Shot 2009 and the science-fiction action film Blood Shot. In 2008 Ghanizada joined the cast of the General Hospital prime-time spin-off General Hospital. Season 2 of Nightshift saw Ghanizada play Doctor.
